WTF is wrong with the Chinese? No one, NO ONE helped her, even after the police arrested the stabber. They all just stand around like they're watching a zoo exhibit.

I've seen several other videos like this from China and was curious, so I asked someone from China WTF was going on.
She said that people don't have friends like they do here in the US. There are only colleagues, business partners and people who help you move up the corporate ladder. It's all about compitition and status.
She had no idea people could actually love or even like one another (in the true sense) and certainly not enough to take a bullet for or to defend. Once she adapted and converted to the western way of life, it was extremely difficult for her to go back to China and resume life, where she left off.

"Just another mouth to feed." That really is the attitude which is why I don't buy into Chinese faux patriotism and nationalism. If things just get inconvenient, it's always been every man for himself there, imagine what happens if the shit hits the fan. Japan could easily walk all over them again.
