Who is your absolute favorite all time television neighbor?
You can only choose 1 so make it count.

The 60s had lots of them but I was very young at the time so I had to choose one from my era of television.

Larry wins.
Hands down.
Everyone on tv would be blessed to have a neighbor/partner in crime just like him.

First place worthy but missing the sleaze factor which is a big part of why Larry is my number 1.
Took lots of racial insults from Mr Jefferson but still managed to keep a smile on his face.

C'mon people - it has to be Kramer from Seinfeld.

Hank Kimball on Green Acres. Even though he is a USDA local agent, I consider everyone on that show a neighbor to the Douglas'. He's the perfect example of a Federal employee. He's hilarious every time he's on.

Another is Cousin Itt on Addams Family but he's a relative, not really a neighbor.
