Rick Perry and ISIS

Rick Perry claims he has kept Texas safe from ISIS. He can't prevent 8 year olds from Guatemala from crossing the border, but he is stopping the world's worst terrorists from blowing up El Paso. Someone needs to ask him how many ISIS members the Texas Highway Patrol has killed or captured. While he is searching for an answer, maybe he can come up with the third federal agency he wants to cut. How this guy is a serious candidate for the GOP when it's proven he's a fucking idiot is beyond me.
