Why do you people sit around all day worrying about why the most unfortunate people in society are actually getting a teeny tiny stipend to survive in life?

Because there are tons of people abusing the system costing us billions every year and any time anyone raises perfectly reasonable questions about it, dumbshits like you whine so nothing is done and it just gets worse?

Yes. The different forms of welfare are separate. People with complete disability can be on all of them if they qualify, Medicaid, EBT, SSI. Would need medical and income proof for medicaid and SSI. EBT is income dependent only.

Poor college grads for example would only have access to EBT while severe schizophrenics can get all.
