I have had the misfortune of watching a landscaping crew working on the grounds where I work the past 3 days.

Some observations-

3 black guys, 2 hispanics. The 2 hispanics do 10x more work than the 3 black guys. All 3 black guys have their pants falling off and have to stop working every 5-10 minutes to pull them back up after showing their ass to everyone who comes by. The 2 hispanics are dressed in nice work uniforms with shirts tucked in. The 3 black guys are constantly fucking with their cell phones and taking smoke breaks (not sure what theyre smoking either, I think Ive smelled weed). The 2 hispanics never take breaks and never stop and shoot the shit with each other like the 3 black guys. The 3 black guys do not speak to the 2 hispanics, language may be the issue. The 3 black guys have had numerous instances where it looks like some of their homies rolled by and therefore they had to stop working in order to shoot the shit.

Bottom line- the 2 hispanics are worth way more than the 3 black guys in terms of productivity. I assume they are all being paid roughly the same wages.

Act like a Democrat and give the Hispanics instant citizenship and voting privileges and the Blacks a hand-out and tell them it's not their fault: it's structural inequality.
