Anyone else notice that the comments on YT have gotten a lot more mature lately? I don't use it much but when I do and scroll down and look at the comments these days, people are actually somewhat civil and make partially intelligent comments. WTF is going on?

Google is forcing users to join google+ in order to reply to other comments, and displaying google+ comments at the top now.

Basically, google is taking everything that makes the internet fun and crazy and fucking it up.

It would only take him 193,000 years to retire if his videos were viewed 10k times a year. It equates to $2.30 cents a year at 10k views.

Actually, you have to attach ads to it before you can start receiving any money.
Viewers have to sit through some or the whole ad before seeing the video.
If we are talking about one of Meade's 'wonders'..
