This guy I have been seeing for a while on the side refuses to leave his current squeeze for me. I have given him several ultimatums, yet he refuses to comply. Is it fair for him to have his cake and eat it to? I think not! He posts on here as a regular, so I hope he takes the hint and makes a decision. I don't want to end up telling his woman about us, but if it comes to his, I am more than willing!

Getting back to real answers, with all respect I'm not sure you understand what an ultimatum is. It is a "do this or else" demand, so if he hasn't done what you wanted then you don't make another ultimatum, you carry out the threat of the first.

Either way, I hope you realize if he's cheating on his girlfriend or wife that even if he ends up with you that will only be the case temporarily, he will cheat on you too. Sounds like you should cut bait and find someone else loyal. And, no offense here, try to elevate your own self respect and sense of worth and practice that both ways... not allowing someone to cheat with you.

You could always supplement the ultimatum to be he can't come back without a photocopy of his separation agreement. Then you'd know he was serious, but still I'd consider moving on. Plenty of guys out there, no sense in cheating to end up with a cheater.
edit: above assumed he was married, if he isn't married then it's more difficult. If they live together then either he or she has to have moved out. But I think you should be rid of him and start something else a little less Jerry Springer-ish.
