Meade Skelton Analysis

Meade Skelton is definitely a high functioning autistic man. He has almost child like qualities about him that some people find disturbing, but that is a usual characterisic of the autism spectrum. Symptoms of autism include:

-awkward social interaction with others
-obsession with certain subjects/topics
-stemming (moving in odd ways)
-Narrow intense interests: i.e. country music, mama's family
-Odd speech patterns: voice is either monotone or extremely "sing-song"
-Trouble making eye contact, except with camera

I believe if he fits this criteria, we should all be a little less hard on him

What utter crap.
Meade has chosen to ride this Indie musician thing and place himself into the public eye.
He can quit promoting himself and people would soon quit thinking and talking about him.
It isn't like many people will miss his "music" making.
