Smelly and itchy belly button

Belly button has cheese like stuff inside , smells and itches

What is it? Yeast? How do i fix this?

Just get some rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip. Clean all the crap out. Then, during future showers or baths, wash that thang as good as you clean your bum ... if you do.
