Another travesty of justice to begin this week

Muslime Terrorist (not workplace violence as Obutthead's people are calling it) Major Nadal Hassasn' trial starts this week.

Since he is representing himself, he could conceivably be questioning on the witness stand some of the very people he shot and maimed. And he's already admitted he did the shooting.

How do you think that's going to go over?

Well, he's obviously more important than Sean Taylor's alleged killers. This has only been a 4 year delay.

If found not guilty you can be sure Obama won't call on Holder to investigate further.

The linked NPR story said Anwar al-Awlaki was the "leader" of AQAP which is completely false. Of the tiny smidgen of the "Abbottabad Documents" that were actually made available to the public was a section where bin Laden specifically balked at promoting him to a senior leadership position.

I know that AQAP's leadership cadre isn't exactly common knowledge but this is just sloppy reporting.
