They are failing miserably. Worse yet, they've directly undercut their own case continually with their own witnesses and evidence. If I didn't know any better, watching it you'd think that it was the defense presenting its side of the case.

The only think that I can think is that they know that they overcharged and that's hopeless so they're working toward some sort of lesser negligence conviction. At this point, I'm not sure they'd even get that.

Lawyers on CNN last night were saying the defense won't even have to present a case. The agreed that the judge should dismiss all charges if the prosecution doesn't have something a lot more powerful than what they've presented so far.

If the prosecution doesnt pull a rabbit out of a hat this should absolutely be dismissed. Further more the special prosecutor who brought charges should be fired, this has been one of the most pathetic cases weve seen in a long time so far its very clear race is the only reason charges were brought.

Everyone bitching about how the initial cops didnt file charges, this is why they didnt. Prosecution witnesses have been defense witnesses.

The question is, did Martin have to attack Zimmerman for following him. Instead of starting with" Do you have a fucking problem?" Perhaps "Dude, leave me alone, I'm staying here with relatives" would have been more appropriate and got him home without getting a big surprise. But that would require that the ghetto mentality didn't come in to play.

The EMTs cleaned up Zimm BEFORE the police took pictures and the size of a wound does not determine whether you are in danger. Let me choke you out or to death and then reconsider the ignorance of your statement.

Here's a test for you...

1. Go find a cop. Doesn't have to be a cop but they're easy to find and usually relatively certain to be carrying a gun. (And, no, for purposes of this test it doesn't mater that Zimmerman is not a cop.)

2. Sucker punch the fuck out of his ass.

3. When he goes down, jump on top and start pounding on him.

4. Make a move like you're going for his gun (although you probably won't get a chance to).

Let us know how that works out for you.

The Prosecution is trying to say it was Skittle boy screaming in pain or for help on the 911 tape. How is it that Skittle boy had absolutely no injuries other than a bullet hole in his chest. If he was screaming for help in a fight, wouldnt it make sense that he was the one getting the tar beat out of him, not Zimmerman?
