People are gross

People sweat, stink, shed skin, shit disgusting feces out regularly. They get old and parts stop working. People hack up plegm, cough, spit, cry gross juice from their eyes. They have sleep boogers. The asshole gets stained brown and stinks, you get fat your skin gets lesions or warts or skin tags. Boobs sag, wrinkles develop.
This all sucks.

if you're looking at the very basic level of bodily functions, than yes. But every creature on earth has a brilliant design, and its not really that its gross, its just natural.
