True but most coaches wouldnt waste a year telling you how great Beck and Grossman are or being trying to rebuild and win at the same time.

Not to mention most coaches would have benched their 23 year old franchise QB for the year when he hurt his knee after already having knee surgery in college. Not sent him back out to destroy his knee and come back as a shitty QB.

No one should care about Shannys super bowl wins either, that team was assembled when he got there. How hard is it to coach Elway at that point. Once Elway left he had a decade of average teams with the occasional winner.
