I worked on Wall Street and the City (London) for many years. The smartest person I ever met was a black African from Cameroon. Smarter than the Jews, the Russians, Indian and Chinese on Wall Street. Was he an outlier ? Absolutely, he was an outlier for his race and for humanity, but super smarts blacks do exist (however rare ).

Liberal rich whites are worse. It wasnt that long ago Montgomery County tried to throw in some affordable homes near Potomac. You can still hear the howls of protest from the same bunch that would be quite fine if they threw section 8 housing in a middle class neighborhood.
