Radioactive Urine
Posted by: anybody else have this problem? ()

I started taking the MEGA MEN Sport mulit-vitamin supplement from GNC and now my pee is a super bright bright yellow. Anybody else have this problem? I think I might be some of the amino acids not being absorbed and just pissing right out. Anybody know of what foods to eat to help absorb these types of things...Higher fat content foods? I'll capture my piss in a bottle and take a picture and show you next time I urinate.

I would imagine drinking more water should help.

it's poison, you're basically eating poison and your body is trying to keep you alive by funneling all the toxins in that poison capsule out as soon as possible.

It's the large dose of vitamin B, it makes urine turn that bright color.

I knew that bitch was lying when she told me that if I take those pills then I'd be like Mike. I wanna be I, wanna be like Mike. It's Michael Jordan's 50th birthday on Saturday and I am trying to reincarnate myself as his younger self as the second coming of the Walking Man.

Vitamin B-complex supplements include all the B vitamins including riboflavin, also called vitamin B-2.
Riboflavin causes urine to turn bright yellow when you ingest it in excess.

Your body requires riboflavin to break down carbohydrates, proteins and fats and release energy from those nutrients in all of your body's cells. It assists with growth and production of red blood cells.

Riboflavin also enables your body to use oxygen. Most people in the U.S. meet or exceed riboflavin recommendations, which vary from 0.3 mg per day to 1.1 mg per day, depending on age and gender.

Too much. You'll develop crystals in your urinary tract and your owner will have to take you to the vet to break it up.

Just take it with a meal.

That happened to me also, the piss looked like it was glowing neon. It did not matter if it was taken with a meal or not.
I just stopped taking the shit. Maybe i was not working out enough.

Most suppliments provide many times over the amount of B-2 that you need.

The neon yellow pee is just a harmless elimination of the excess.

For example, my suppliment provides 25 milligrams , which doesn't seem like a lot, but is in fact 1,470 % of the recommended allowence.
