No Scoring, No Racing, No Shooting, No Bullies

Dept of Education Civil Rights mandating that disabled and special needs students must be allowed to participate in school sports programs. Jocks will need to take it down a few notches and lose the must score at all costs attitude. Perhaps points scored could be replaced by "feels" as in how did that play make you feel?
Guidelines on fuel efficiency will make people more likely to take mass transit and drive nice safe cars like a Smart Car or a Nissan Leaf. Putting in some speed limiters and GPS monitors to target any aggressive drivers will ensure all are safe on our roads and sidewalks.
Recent events will lead to a round up of all guns and keep the rednecks, gangsters, and terrorists in line and create a more civil society. If you need a weapon to protect yourself perhaps a cell phone to call the authorities or 911 and let professionals deal with the situation.
Anti Bullying efforts will keep all aggressive and bigoted behaviors at bay. Fellow students will feel accepted even if they are different sexually, physically, racially or ethically.
