Right, Republicans have never had anything....except of course the whole getting the 13th amendment passed over the objections of the Democrats. I guess we can forget that one.

Despite all of their bitching & moaning, just ten GOP-turds voted for someone other than Boehner.
STill, that tool beat Nanny Pelosi by just 32 votes.

No fan of Boehner, but I bet if the Dems were smart enough to put someone other than Nancy up there, they may have had a chance. Pelosi is about as polarizing as it gets, and I don't understand why they keep going to her as a leader. She was ineffective as Speaker when she had it. Reid needs to step aside as well. Less polarizing, but even more impotent has a "leader".
