Why are there so many hispanics riding bikes in Manassas?

What happened to PW County being hostile to undocumented immigrants? Nowhere in Fairfax, Montgomery, or PG county do you see this many illegals.

Hostility won't stop undocumented immigrants any more than it'll stop Stinkbugs.

They ride bikes because they can't afford cars. They can't even afford decent bikes.

It's the Yuppies that ride bikes among car traffic when they don't have to that baffles me.

One beaner rides along my route damn near every morning. I've chased him into the ditch twice, once on a rainy morning. Even if I clip him, it's dark and the road is pretty much deserted.

I pulled into a shopping center during the derecho. The wind had trees bent over touching the ground. I saw two hispanics riding bikes going down the road at the worst point of the storm. I scanned the news the next day for their deaths but no mention was made. Luck must have been on their side.
