Replace the pineapple with mushrooms and onion and you've got a real pizza.

But why order from such a crappy place like Papa's? There are so many better local pizza places.

Hey, that's what I was gonna say.

Mushroom, onion, and sausage. Can't go wrong.

Papa John's sucks. So does Pizza Hut, and so does Dominos. That's why I rarely eat pizza anymore. They serve JUNK.

I make my own now. It's so easy to make good pizza dough, especially if you have a good stand mixer with a dough hook. Pour one bottle of beer into the mixing bowl, 2 cups of flour, 1.5 tblspns sea salt, mix for 1 minute, cover and let sit for 20 minutes to an hour. Then add 1 to 1.5 cups more all purpose flour and a yeast packet and use the dough hook for 30 minutes to an hour, just let it go until the dough pulls off the sides of the bowl. Then just divide up the dough into 4 oiled 3 Cup round ziploc containers and stick in the fridge at least overnight, or for up to a week.

Anytime you want a pizza, take one out, let it double in size (about 40 minutes at room temp), then turn it over onto a pizza pan, spread it out leaving a small ridge on the outer edge, put 3 to 4 tablespoons canned tomato sauce, mozarella and whatever toppings you like, then bake at 550 for 6 to 10 minutes (just when the cheese starts to bubble all the way into the center).

It is so easy to do, and cheap as hell. Delivery pizza is such a rip-off and they put all kinds of dough conditioners and fillers and use cheap, low quality toppings.

Google Glass will solve that problem, maybe. You still have to walk to the door when it arrives, though. Life is truly a bitch.

Hey, anyone can find one hour of motivation a week to make up 4 pizza doughs for the week, and 10 minutes to throw it in the oven when the craving for a pizza hits.
