Is such a thing even possible? How in the world does an entire baby fit through there? Has anyone here ever seen a baby coming out of one firsthand?

It's pretty gross. My wife went into labor pretty suddenly, my daughter was born an hour and a half after we left for the hospital. Their skull is in multiple pieces as they come out. Once the head was clear, the doctor basically grabbed under and arm and she slid right out. Now, that grab and pull may not be normal, the cord was around her neck so there was a degree of urgency once that was seen.
The much worse part for me was the afterbirth. This also wasn't typical, but no amount of porn watching will prepare you for seeing a doctor elbow deep in your wife's profusely bleeding, shit covered vagina.

Well, women have been known to shit on the table simply as a side effect of the pushing. I'd imagine an epidural would make this even more difficult to control. In the particular case I was talking about, it was actually the baby's shit, a present she left on her way out.

That was why I insisted before dropping my load in my wife's vagina that she sign a statement stating she would get a C-section on any and all births in order to preserve the tightness of her vagina for my sexual pleasure. 5 kids later and that pussy is still only slightly less tight than when I was the first in and bled it 8 years ago.
