Unions had their time, place and purpose at one time. Now, I think they're nothing more than a legal mafia. Anyone ever been downtown and seen those picketers banging on the plastic buckets or the inflatable rat? Yeah, that's just a union causing a commotion because some non-union contractor beat them out of a bid and got the work. But unions can't competitively bid work because the rates are too high, the guys only work about 5 hours out of an 8 hour day and if they don't feel like working - they'll whine about unsafe work conditions or some other crybaby bullshit.

In some aspects Im happy all those union workers will no longer have a job. Good luck trying to find another factory union job when unemployment is so high. Twinki will never go away just sold to another company.
