I wonder who the first guy to perform a circumcision was.
And who the first kid to be circumcised was.
How was it dreamed up?
So, for thousands of years, guys were walking around with foreskins on their peckers, and then all of the sudden, some guy with a razor said, hey, we need to start cutting those things off...who were the first parents to volunteer their kid for that?
How were they convinced it was a good idea?
Crazy f'in people can be convinced of anything.
And who the first kid to be circumcised was.

The foreskin probably got infected because conditions weren't exactly sanitary thousands of years ago. So the very first "Bris" was probably a surgical amputation of the infected foreskin. Then they ritualized this medical procedure for person and it became the male genital mutilation we have today. It simply amazes me that it is still going on and socially acceptable. So many other barbaric practices have been banned and outlawed and stigmatized (foot binding in East Asia, female circumcision in Africa, blood sacrifice in Mexico), but this barbaric form of male genital mutilation (of the Best, most sensitive and pleasurable part of the penis) is still going strong.

A mohel is a Jewish person trained in the practice of brit milah, the "covenant of circumcision."
For Jews, circumcision is mandatory, as it is prescribed in the Torah:
In the Book of Genesis as a mark of the Covenant between God and the descendants of Abraham:
"Throughout all generations, every male shall be circumcised when he is eight days old...This shall be my covenant in your flesh, an eternal covenant. The uncircumcised male whose foreskin has not been circumcised, shall have his soul cut off from his people; he has broken my Covenant"

Reading this is making me a bit melancholy, perhaps even sad, for the loss of my foreskin. I know I would have enjoyed its presence all these years. And I would have kept that little fellow so clean. For years I have been lamenting the loss of my God-given hood due to the ancient practice of CIRCUMCISION?

Just because Nobel prize winners are have a part of their penis amputated and not some savage African native with a giant bone in his nose, doesn't make circumcision okay. If the situation was reversed and only Africans with giant bones in their nose were cutting off parts of their penis, this barbaric "covenant" with the invisible man in the sky would surely be outlawed in the civilized world.

This is true. Female genital mutilation is illegal. But male gentital mutilation is legal and so commonplace that speaking out against it makes one a weirdo.
And the appogists try to find 'scientific' reasons why we should continue to cut off part of a little boy's penis.
The ultra orthidox not only cut the skin off, but then they suck the blood out of the penis WITH THEIR MOUTHS. And I wish that was a sick joke. It's called metzitzah b'peh (MBP).
