This is only a problem because they won medals. If someone trots out a bunch of 10 years olds in international competition and they lose...no one cares.

It is obvious that those girls were not old enough to compete for anyone with 2 braincells to rub together. It was also obvious that the whole 2008 China Olympics was a complete charade to present to the world an enlightened wonderful cultural nation that aspires for the greater good of humanity.
The fact is they are a hard core communist nation with a reprehensible record on human rights and their people are heavily beaten down to submit. The government is hell-fucking-bent on control and maintaining their power.
It is a sad sad state and worrisome for the future of this earth.

That old crazy russian guy who coached the team in Atlanta was babbling on about how the US is going to be the team to beat and how russia sucks...does he not know that china has been cheating winning for a while now?

Theyre now 14. Some of the newer ones are probably 12 though. The one they claim to be 17 is 13 at best
