"Fully 67 percent of voters say they like Obama personally, whether or not they approve of his policies. Just 47 percent say the same of Romney. That leaves him vulnerable to the questions Democrats have raised about his refusal to release more than two years of past tax returns."

The poll is a joke and doesn't square with the other polls that have an historical track record of being much more accurate.
For instance you'll find in the polls details, http://msnbcmedia.msn.com/i/MSNBC/Sections/A_Politics/_Today_Stories_Teases/12768_July_Poll.pdf
that it was weighted 11 points in favor of Democrats. That's why it doesn't jive with 3 other polls released today that show Romney leading by as many as 3 points.

General Election: Romney vs. Obama Rasmussen Tracking Obama 44, Romney 47 Romney +3
Michigan: Romney vs. Obama Mitchell Research Obama 44, Romney 45 Romney +1
That is as much as a 9 point discrepancy between polls. that is well outside the margin of error. Which means that someone is being dishonest in polling. And that someone is NBC and WSJ.

This morning, on MSNBC's Morning Joe, NBC political director Chuck Todd admitted their poll had a skewed sample (around 3:50 mark) and stated that, if this poll were weighted similarly to their last poll, the race would have been unchanged, instead of Obama extending his lead over Romney to 6 points.
