Is there anyway you could surf the Internet without leaving any trace?

I am a political refugee from unnamed country who exposed the corruptions of our leaders and had to flee my country so I wouldn't be prosecuted for my believe. I still have family and contacts home that I would like to stay intouch with. I am afraid the internal state security could that monitors Phone/FAX/Internet might find out my location and dispose of me. Please tell me if there is a program that I couldn't be traced. Thanks

Buy a laptop, go to a public hotspot, use it, smash laptop to hell with a hammer, blow it up with some explosives, then dump gasoline on it and burn it, finally throw it in a dumpster very far away, bury it in the trash, wear a mask and a ride a bike. That should keep you about 95% safe.
