Col. Sanders is not really from the South. Hes actully from Indiana and Kentucky. I guess that could be part of the South, but hes not from Virginia or the Carolinas or some place actually in the South.

I have been to Kentucy, and to be honest, outside of maybe Southwest KY, its indistuinguishable from Ohio. I dont get that 'Southern" vibe from it. The east part is applachia- which is not necessarily the same as South. Louisville is really a midwestern city. Cities such as Richmond, Charleston, Savannah- now thats South.
