RomneyCare vs ObamaCare? Which is better?

Is the RomneyCare plan better than the ObamaCare plan?
Romney then laid out his plan to replace the law. Romney outlined legislation that will prevent people from losing insurance because of preexisting conditions — he didn’t say what would happen to people without insurance who have preexisting conditions — will make their insurance portable, and “allow people to own their own insurance rather than getting it from their employer.”
“So we’ll make it work in the way it’s designed to have health care act like a market. A consumer market,”

RomeyCare would have to better because it was enacted by a state for itself. It avoids having problems with the US Constitution.
Also, if you don't like it, you can just move to another state. Obamacare is unavoidable if you want to remain an American.

Each state still regulates health insurance. They have to set up the health insurance exchanges, high risk pools, etc. Neither really contains costs.

ObamaCare allows a person to opt out. RomneyCare doesn't have that option.
