So the much-hyped Le Femme Nikita rip-off has bombed at the box office. Can we quit pretending, now, that this isn't derivative off much better material from the past?

It lives up to the hype. It's haunting and gritty and better than the Swedish version. Have you seen it?

I agree. My friend called me a stupid cunt for liking this and saying this version was better. Im going to re-watch the original now to compare again.

despite the blowjob, sodomy, rape, bondage and old man young girl vivid sex I found the movie boring

could have cut about 30 minutes out of this thing and tightened the story up plus way too much character development at the start and the movie payoff was kind of predictable
and the white lighting(visual look) gets a bit much but very popular with the current swedish film and tv scene


rooney mara was decent but the director of this thing needs moviemaking lessons
