Full cup of natural organic honey with 2 teaspoons of natural cinnamon.
Just rub the two sticks together until you have enough.
Now mix the cinnamon into the sugar really well.
Some like to take the cinnamon alone then chase it down with the honey.
Now take nothing else or do this at bed time.
Do this 2 times a week. Your gut will feel better as well after a while.
