Good God! The press is now reporting he kicked her bedroom door down and he was banging her head against a wall.

"The student, George Huguely, also told police he kicked his right foot through the door leading to her bedroom, according to an affidavit filed in court to allow police to search Love's room.

In the affidavit, first published by the Charlottesville Daily Progress newspaper, investigators say Huguely told them his former girlfriend died following a verbal altercation that became physical.

After waiving his rights, Huguely told police he "was involved in an altercation" with Love, during which "he shook Love and her head repeatedly hit the wall," the document states. He told investigators he had entered her apartment through the unlocked front door, then kicked open the door to her bedroom."

You know, sometimes you have to say to yourself, "Do I cooperate, and let the judge know I cooperated, or do I be an ass and let the judge see that I am an ass?"

There literally can be a 30 year difference between the two.

It was an accident. Nobody could have expected her to die from having her head rammed into a wall repeatedly.

Yeah. It's a murder investigation and the cops come to your door to ask you about it, you are going to want a lawyer present. There is absolutely nothing to be gained by cooperating without one and everything to lose. It's not like he's using delaying tactics at a trial for weeks here.

Looks like the defense is trying to show that adderall and alcohol combo killed Ms. Love

 

He killed her by banging her head against a wall and then left her to die. Guilty.

I think he also took her computer.
