Should the Gaddafis be Tried by the International Criminal Court?

The ICC has a real credibility problem. While its loudest supporters rail against dictators and tyrants from ivory tower perches in New York and London, all the court's open investigations – in Uganda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Central African Republic, Darfur, the Republic of Kenya, and now Libya – relate to situations in Africa. That's problematic, to say the least.
