Can someone explain the pricing on these Iron Maiden albums?

Just filling out the last of my collection and wanted to get:

"BBC Archives" (starts at $58.90 on Amazon.com)
"Beast Over Hammersmith" (starts at $64.80 on Amazon.com)

Is this band still that popular and did these albums really sell that well?

Those are from eddies archived box set which is out of print and about 300+ dollars filling out a maiden collection cost major bucks
