Bullys May Have a Good Point...
Posted by: Good Sound Advice ()

Why are bullys getting all this bad press lately?

Sometimes bullying is healthy- it teaches kids not to dress stupidly or throw like fags. And for those who bully, it's a healthy outlet, a good way to channel energy.

If you are willing to jump on this media driven bandwagon that singles out bullies and makes them to be second class citizens- ask yourself this: where would YOU be without bullying?

Kind of a dumb argument, at least based on your supporting points. I will say this though, the only "good" I could possibly see in it is that it may teach kids to work out problems on their own. However, both parties have to agree to this, and given that most bullies are thick in the head assholes - I doubt they could be convinced of anything.

Agreed.

You know why kids were so much thinner in the 70s than now? The fear of getting your ass kicked by a bully and the necessity to go the long way home to avoid an ass-kicking were good cardio-vascular exercises. Today, bullies aren't allowed to do their job. Now they have to fucking hug kids they should be pounding the shit out of.

We also wouldn't have all these faggy kids coming out of the closet in HS and wanting to go to prom together. Sick fucks ruin it for everyone.

Seriously. Where would the Back to the Future series or John Hughes' directing career been without bullies?

If we had more bullies, we'd have less emo-tards and teenage werewolves that's for sure.

It's pretty clear that the increased rates of childhood obesity and general fagishness among American teens has a direct corelation to the campaign to end bullying.

What kind of a world is this if we dont encourage harrasment of fat kids? Like George Carlin used to say about people wanting a padded cell in a Nerf world to protect them from reality- we suck.

Bullying as a youngster just taught me to be tough, and soon enough people no longer bullied me (High school was a breeze, and I had a great time there).

I'm worried that if someone comes on this site and reads these latest posts
that they'll take it too seriously. You're all just kidding right? In reality You were the
ones that were bullied when you were in school, right?

There are very FEW that can honestly say they have never been 'bullied' in some form or fashion before. Sometimes even bullies get bullied by other bullies ! WHITE folks deal with bullying ALL the time and call it reverse discrimination. In this situation, THE BULLIES are the self professed 'minorities'. Another example of bullies are Queer special interest groups that need validation as a 'protected class'.

Regardless, we still need to push for MORE BULLIES !

Isn't that what we've been discussing? We're talking about the positive side of a negative experience.
