I don't see any of these in Northern Virginia, but the more you go south, the more you see of these donked cars (high risers.) They are fucking retarded looking and the giant wheels eat up the transmission and steering.

I see those in Florida A LOT. The best hooked up car I've ever seen was owned by some black guy in Georgetown, SC. He had a candy green Lincoln, with chromed out rims, grille, exhaust, etc. He also had tinted windows, a sound system, trim, and he had a matching baseball cap and chucks to boot! It all looked good though, and that was the crazy thing about it. He must've just had good taste, which seems rare these days. The eses around here are the worst with their cars.

Make sure you mix up the brands too. If you drive a Nissan, put a SVT emblem on the back or you if have a Ford, make sure everyone knows you have a VTEC engine. LOL
