I read the news today, oh boy...

I am trying to better myself and am setting little personal goals for the following day. Mock me if you will future haters (dick lickers) but I am going to post here anyway. For background, I am in my mid-30's, about 30 pounds heavier than I would like to be, have a wife and kids but these relationships could be better, and I have a desk job that pays well but I hate it. I am not miserable persay but feel I am in a rut. I want to make things right in my little space in this world.

Tomorrow:

I will not eat fast food.
I will walk for at least a half hour.
I will not fart around my wife.
I will be patient.
