Actually bloodhounds and German shepherds were bred by humans to be the way they are. Some breeds are dumb because we have bred them that way. If it weren't for humans, the dumb breeds would be extinct pretty quickly. Black people and Irish Setters aren't the same thing.

For your information, most players in the NBA are black because basketball is the cheapest and most accessible sport in inner-city America. You have plenty of great NBA players who are white. As for the NFL, I would imagine if you look at all players in the NFL, it is probably more like 50/50 black/white.

That's not quite correct. We did breed blacks, like we bred Irish Setters and strains of tomatoes...to be big and dumb. How I wrote it is a little simplistic at the moment. Look at Detroit of Johannesburg...once thriving under white rule, it's now a black crime haven. Or Washington DC...it has an HIV/AIDS rate 13X higher than the national average...mostly due to blacks and their slutty ways. If there was a report or "scientific study" that revealed, say, that X people are stupid, or Y people don't have the mental capacity as certain others...the report would be squashed, the scientist defamed, and we would go on living our normal lives.

Consider this then: Why is Dr. Mengle's experiments STILL considered top secret to this day? Perhaps he discovered something that would contradict our commonly held notions that we are all equal? We'll never know. It'll never be in a history book.
