Hispanic? Need Refinancing? There's something out there for you, but I don't know what it is.

True story - I refinanced my house last month and in the process, I was asked if I was hispanic. Here is the actual exchange:
Mortgage Broker (MB): Are you hispanic?
Me: No.
MB: Oh, then nevermind, you won't qualify.
Me: Out of curiosity, for what?
MB: Well, I really can't tell you.
Me: Are you serious?
MB: It's a special program, but since you're not hispanic, you can't take advantage.
(At this point, the "take advantage" part pricked my ears up)
Me: Wait...is there a way to get a better deal, but since I'm not hispanic, I'm not eligible?
MB: I can't say.
Me: What if my wife is hispanic?
MB: Then she needs to be the one I deal with.
Me: Are you kidding me?
MB: No.
Me: You know what, fuck it. It figures. Let's just move on before I get angry.
I still ended up getting a stellar interest rate because of my excellent credit. And somehow I've managed to maintain that great credit history on my own, through responsible living, but it irritates me that just because somebody is of a particular ethnic background they may be getting something better. But I'll never know, because I'm white.

Get used to it! First they will make the "minorities" "monetarily" dependant on uncle Sam. To such a degree, when all said assistance is terminated, these oafs will be running the streets like chickens with thier heads cut off. Looting, raping, killing, and robbing each other. Then we will have every reason to round them all up for a short stay at the FEMA gas camps.
Maybe Obama can send out stimulus checks. Well will give them to only the "blacks" that have "white" mothers!
