China's one child policy has led to a truly disgusting practice. Fetuses are being used in soup mixed with herbs with claims that it increases virility. In Taiwan, a fetus can be purchased for $70 and is used for grilling.

The snopes article was from 2007 talking about a myth surrounding a pic taken in the mid 90s.

This is a new article with several graphic pics. I don't think those were faked.

The story is almost identical. Anyone can shop up some images - although I will say they look pretty real.
