Have some respect!

I noticed a lot of people that frequent this message board like to make fun of the deceased. One member even called someone "worm food." How ignorant and disgusting is that?

How would you like it if your mother or sibling died? What about your children? Would you want a bunch of people making fun of them? You are all a bunch of cruel hatemongers!

People have been sued for this sort of thing. Let that be a warning to all of you.

You need to learn to not be so damn sensitive.

This is a site called "Fairfax Underground", not "Place to seek solace when a loved one dies".

There are bereavement web sites. Go to one of them if you're seeking comfort.

Oh, by the way, people have been sued for just about everything under the sun. Mostly by dumbshits like you. But they mostly lost their suits because feeling a little sad or insulted isn't a legally actionable thing.

This is for Thurston Moore and Gravis:

§ 18.2-152.7:1. Harassment by computer; penalty.

If any person, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass any person, shall use a computer or computer network to communicate obscene, vulgar, profane, lewd, lascivious, or indecent language, or make any suggestion or proposal of an obscene nature, or threaten any illegal or immoral act, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

(2000, c. 849.)

I have read some of your posts Gravis, and you seem to be one of the biggest offenders here. Continue down this road, and I will contact the police.

Hmm, now how do your respond to something like that?

Seriously, its called "change the channel" or find another board. The folks that choose to post here, generally CHOOSE to post here. There are some people here that think it is funny to look up information on folks when they figure out who they are and post that information here to humiliate and intimidate them. I think that would be much more worthy of your ire, then people making off-color or tasteless comments about dead people.

No..I just dont like people who throw their kids (or grandkids) into a discussion as if making the claim that they are some how better or morally superior or ...as you have done!

Even jokingly tying your grandkids to exposure to a pedophile to make some silly point against me is discusting.

Moral issues have nothing to do with god....and your problems with religious people are your problems..not mine. As I said..I love the sinner..hate the sin.

Which explains Vince's REAL problem. He IS a liar, but accuses others (called projection) of being liars to try and deflect his own issues. As I said, he has a lot of self-loathing so he dumps it all here on other posters.

Meds Vince, your meds help with these issues. But you probably need to go back to your doctor - they may not be working as well as they need to.

high horse
n. Informal
A mood or attitude of stubborn arrogance or contempt

Funny, I have no sense of stubborn arrogance or contempt in my statement. It is an analysis of your condition based on looking at your statements and actions here. I feel sorry for you really - having been forced to retire from your government job, and then having been lied to about having great medical insurance provided for you, only to find out your doctors want you to join an additional plan to be able to see them in less than 2 weeks for basic services. It makes sense now why you are having problems getting in for a re-evaluation or getting your prescription refilled.

Vince, you are delusional. I am "loyal" to no one. I am quite willing to debunk lies on the republican or democratic side.

You on the other hand, prove that you are a drone to the democratic talking points everyday. Your delusion is obvious - your posts are full of contradictions and statements that show your grasp of reality is tenuous at best.

Funny though, you are the main person posting in these sections that uses the word liar on a regular basis. I think spunk was right up there with you.

It is rather cryptic.

I can only imagine that Cookout?? is talking about how you will be spending a good part of the night yelling at the top of your lungs.

But "using your throat" is kinda strange. I'd just say that you might lose your voice trying to talk over all those screaming teenagers, or something like that.

Speaking of respect. I got the attached video in a "forwarded" email. Does anyone know where this came from - has anyone seen the larger clip? I know it is when he visited with Medvedev, but this little clip is out of context. I am curious to know if they really did ignore his outstretched hand as shown. Obama looked a bit like "I cannot believe you are not shaking my hand."
