Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
I went shopping at Lotte the other day. They have awesome produce and seafood! Picked up a pint of blueberries for $1.49. On the other hand, the Horizon milk was $5 as opposed to Target's $3.50, but I needed milk, so I bought it. The next morning I opened it to give my daughter a bowl of cereal and it was rancid. On the receipt, it says you only have 2 hours to return refrigerated items, so I'm out $5 for milk. Anyone else have this problem at Lotte?

She sucks anyway and does nothing but make up shit to complain about.
Pay me 5 dollars a gallon of milk and I'll get it for you and make sure it's not expired. In fact, I can pick up all your groceries if you pay me Lotte prices...

I'm a living country song!
Nah, not here to flirt, but if we are ever at a bar and you offer to buy me a beer, I would gladly accept. Mmmm.... beer. :o)

Just as some Koreans have problems pronouncing words in English, "Lotte" requires sounds foreign to Americans.
Its Korean. They have grocery and mini-department stores all over Korea and Japan where I used to live and shop. So I know how to pronounce it (at least as much as any Japanese person would).
