Agreed, but it appears a buch of news sources are relying on
http://www.nhatky.in/cynthia-hampton-ensign-12338197 to source their picture.
Apparently Google, Fox and others are sourcing it.

It is definitely not the same Cynthia Hampton, and you are probably right in assuming she is beside herself.
I find it funny how journalists are baffled by the fact that a good chunk of the public find them to be completely incompetant. A simple search would have avoided this embarassment (for her and the media). Their race to be the "first" lead them to be COMPLETELY wrong.
I hope the woman sues. The posting of her picture was wanton and reckless. It is probably causing her some mental anguish. I would claim so anyway. Google, FOX, etc. have deep pockets. I am not litigious by nature, but I think the media needs to be taught a lesson on this one.
