Gypsies - What's their deal?

In the last couple f weeks I have noticed the following:

1. 3 gypsy mothers screaming their heads off in a doctor's office demanding service despite no appointment and no insurnace.


2. At a late night diner, they let their kids saty up past midnights and let them run rampant in the place.

3. They offerred to reseal my driveway.

What is their deal?
