Voters Decide When Life Begins

This November Colorado voters will decide if life at fertilization. Hopefully if voters agree it would give the fertilized egg the same rights and protections to which people are entitled.
The implication is that birth control techniques such as the IUD and the morning after pill (and other oral contraception that might flush out a fertilized egg) will be banned.
Today Colorada...tomorrow Virginia.

Well, if Roe V. Wade really is precedent, as even Roberts and Alito contend, the Supreme Court will find itself in what heck of a predicament should this get passed and be challenged. Roe V. Wade makes it pretty clear that the first trimester is off limits for this kind of law. We shall see.
