It seems more likely that brown is his natural color and that it was short at some point before it was ever long.

He laughed all the way into his house. I managed to find my way back to my alley after a couple hours.
Funny thing about Meeper's laugh: it sounds a lot like someone yelling "call the police please help me."

As to why eesh cut his hair short, I would speculate that it may have something to do with his upcoming graduation and his search for a post-collegiate career, because it is easier to find serious employment when you look like this:
Rather than this:
Of course, not giving the finger to your prospective employer also helps.
It may also be that he realized that men over the age of 30 or so should not have long hair.
BTW, he didn't dye his hair brown. He just stopped getting it frosted and allowed his natural dark blonde color to grow out.

As a civilian, why would I have any reason to know anything about the GI Bill? I'm not Eli, pretending to be a super-awesome zoomie badass. Of course I got that information from a Web site. I even told you which Web sites I got it from, or did you miss that part?
The fact that I got my information from the official GI Bill Web site and didn't have it miracled into my head, as has evidently happened with you, does nothing to address my central supposition, which is that you live in Richmond but claim to go to school in Fairfax County so that you can slide an extra 894 bucks into your pocket every month.
