edit: the privax network is commonly used with hidemyass.com
...even if the posts weren't made through hma, you can still show that it was the same person who was making those posts. It is actually relatively easy to get responses from them as the get tons of complaints because their "RIPE" networks are commonly used by spambots...

frisky, along with the information that you receive from the abuse department at privax in conjunction with a subpoena for Cary and the matching ip addresses, that will be more than enough evidence to help you in your harrassment suit.

Note to frisky: If you subpoena Cary and he doesn't provide you with the information...you can in turn sue Cary for damages by allowing the harassment to continue. Something to think about, bruddah.

Too bad frisky couldn't even afford to pay for a real lawyer for his second DWI and had to use a public defender. I guess daddy got tired of bailing his worthless son out all the time. There's no way he'll be able to pay for anything like that.

What are the chances that eli AND fake GB would be using proxies? Guess he didn't think anyone would see where that IP was located. Only after it was pointed out to be a UK IP didn't hes edit his post to say that it was a proxy. But why would GB be using a proxy, likely eli does?
