all that needs to be done is shown whatever post of where others have been harrssssed or stalked or gone to the police about him and possibly get those police reports as even harder evidence

Eesh isn't the one on trial in that case. I'm not defending that disturbed individual, but having others testify that eesh is a troll which makes miz's actions acceptable doesn't seem like much of a defense. It may minimize the trouble miz gets in if found guilty, but two wrongs don't make a right. We shall see how it plays out.

He sent the "harassing" death threats to himself impersonating Miz and had him arrested.
This is why it's an adjudicatory trial. This is why eesh's protective order was thrown out, the judge knew something was fishy and this is why eesh has yet another charge on his hands of filing a false police report and another lawsuit of malicious procecution.

I hear tell that the Moreno's have a decent amount of cash, would you guys be willing to make me a blanket offer? Perhaps 50$ a pm, and a net sum of around 500$ if indeed you can determine his identity based on the contents of said private messages?
Surely that paltry sum pales in comparison to the steadily mounting lawyer fees that have been accrued thus far.
note: I would also be willing to sell these BACK to eesh for an equal sum, I don't play favorites.
