Phone Number Look Up

Is there any legit, possibly free, website that I can put a phone number into and it will tell me who that number belongs to ? Thanks

Why don't you just enter the phone number into "The Google" and see what pops up? You might be surprised.

indeed, there is no lookup for cellphones anywhere. the only people with access to that info either work for the cellphone companies, some hacker and on occasion, the police.

True, right now it is the law.

One company was trying to havce a 411 for cell phones, but you would have to "opt in" to be included. It never got off the ground as far as I know.
