Make the Western African Diasporan's work on Christmas Day and give them the next week off. We learned a song in elementary school since we had to be politically correct and learn a song for every religion and it goes...

Kwanazaa, Kwanzaa, Harvest time in Africa,
Starts December 26th and lasts for 7 days...
