Newsmax! Ha!! My next door neighbor's 6 year old is a more reliable source for the news. Here's a clue. If a "news" organization first forms an opinion, then cobbles together disjointed facts to affirm that opinion, it's not really a "news organization".

Newsmax doesn't even have the basic story correct, much less how an investigative agency works. No FBI agent would compromise an ongoing investigation by expressing an "expectation" to a reporter -- not if the agent wanted to continue being an agent. And the White House did not learn of Petraeus' situation until Wednesday, a day after the election.

You can continue to believe and peddle made up stories and conspiracy theories if you like, but you should do so with great caution. This is the just the thing that cost your side the election, and if you don't get out of your closed and self-affirming information loop, we won't even have to wait till 2030 for the Republican party to become the Whig party of the 21st century. 2010 would have been your high water mark.
