I blame Bush

Is there ever an end to this excuse? I mean four years later and he still uses it as the reason he cant manage a country. Is there a shelf life for this excuse?

That's all the Democrats have. They got elected on it and now think they can govern with it. They are the party of hatred and no ideas.
